My name is Theresa Fanning, and I have lived in Kingsport, TN, for the past 17 years with my adult children, Abigail and Michael. I recently retired from Kingsport City Schools as a special education instructional assistant, and I am beginning my new career as an assistant Real Estate Agent here in “The Model City.” I am a proud graduate of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College and Wheeling Jesuit University. I also hold a Master’s in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from King University in Bristol, TN. In my free time, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, traveling to places like New Orleans and Chicago, volunteering in the Kingsport Community, attending service at First Baptist Church, and rooting for the Tennessee Volunteers and Carolina Tar Heels. I want to help people find their forever home in Kingsport, and I am looking forward to helping you bloom where you are planted!
