Public Remarks: SWEET! It's all here in one beautiful package--5.48 acres with the prettiest fields, gorgeous mountain views, a constantly flowing creek that's fed by many springs upstream, and your own forested mountain!! This lovely property, once a part of a large farm, has been producing hay for many years. The country setting it is in is just lovely. Across the creek and up the bluff is good wide bench, or ledge, where you could build if being up in the mountain just a bit is your pleasure. It is private there. The views of the fields, the hills and mountains to the north are great, especially in and out of the seasons; and, the melodious sound of the creek flowing right below is just delightful. It will take some excavation work of course, but getting up the bluff to do this may be done in the west corner with a tile over the creek and a driveway going up. There's a cost, but also a savings. That's because there is pubic water available at the road. So, digging a well is not necessary unless you have a particular desire for it. There are no restrictions either. If you prefer a modular or a site-built home closer to the entrance that's just fine. A section of the fields, between the higher land there and the creek is in flood zone ''A''. Ask around though. Flooding is known to be quite infrequent, and not very deep. Until building is to be, you just can come and enjoy this lovely land. For whatever pleasure and shelter it will bring, there's a nice new, little, site-built, bungalow at the back of the field near the creek.
