Remarks Misc:Public Remarks2 | The mountain rises up from the county road along most of its length, gaining elevation from the bottom through its width, while rising higher & higher up along its length towards the top. This utility line easement road up the mountain is so gradual and wide, that it is actually easy to walk! The higher the elevation the deeper the drop is down to the public road on the right. The flatter areas are just above a small bank to the left of the easement. Clearing some of the smaller brush between the nice big trees partly down the hill from the easement towards the public road would open views to Cherokee Lake and/or to distant mountains while retaining privacy. The utility poles are near the outside edge of the access on the left as you drive up on the mountain. The utility easement might be usable to include a driveway to easily drive up the mountain. From there, perhaps a short driveway going up or through the small bank on the left can be installed to one or several sites along the way to make way for homes or recreational dwellings. If this is true, access and electricity are both readily available, though well & septic system(s) would still be needed. The property is unrestricted with no set zoning. Use your own imagination on how you would develop it. The property rises steeply from the areas I've described into seemingly never-ending woods for what I expect might be great hunting grounds, with perhaps, some other real surprises and treasures yet to be found.
