I was very happy with Blue Ridge especially working with Jan Stapleton. This was my first home purchase and she really took the time to go over everything with me. There were several issues that came up during appraisal and she went out of her way to work past the problems. No matter how many times I called (or my Dad), I never felt like I was being a bother. Jan took her time with me, explaining what had been done, what she was currently working on and how we were going to "fix" everything else. Jan even met with me at my work (work odd hours for Kingsport 911) and met with me at BRP after hours and was available anytime I needed her. I would highly recommend Jan for anyone looking to purchase a home!
